Responsible

  • Prep and execution: Prepare and cook all menu items according to standard recipes, plating guides, and health/safety regulations.
  • Station management: Manage your section inventory, monitor stock rotation, and minimize waste.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with all kitchen staff during busy service periods.
  • Cleanliness & maintenance: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in your station and the overall kitchen area.
  • SOP adherence: Follow all established Standard Operating Procedures for food handling, preparation, and storage.
  • Learning & development: Proactively seek feedback and participate in training to continuously improve your culinary skills.
  • Support: Assist with general kitchen duties, receiving deliveries, and deep cleaning as required.

  • Skills: Strong knife skills, understanding of basic and advanced cooking techniques, and ability to follow recipes precisely.

  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively within a fast-paced team.
  • Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Language: basic English is an advantage.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for food, culinary arts, and commitment to kitchen excellence.
  • Positive energy, emotional maturity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Experience working in a Western/Brunch restaurant will be highly considered.
